Provided creative direction and project management of annual corporate Halloween event. Content, branding and email communications were created to inform employees of various activities. The theme was determined via employee survey to keep employees engaged and excited about the event. It was an opportunity for employees to lead teams and work with other departments. It became the largest  annual team-building activity, and led to Tweddle Group winning a Champion of Workforce Development Award.
Worked with video team on promo video to create excitement and motivation for employee participation. The video featured past team decorating and costumes, and reinforced  the "Classic Monsters" theme.  
Created surprising ways to engage employees and promote the event. 
The day featured activities such as team-designed interactive haunted houses, a halloween themed food competition, multi-category costume contests, and a pumpkin decorating contest. There were several ways to participate. 
Partnered with charity committee to raise money for a local school in need.​​​​​​​
The event became popular with our employees and clients so we created VIP access passes.
